Downward spiral

Well can't seem to do anything right. Lost at some sit and gos and lost at the heads up table. Pretty dismal outlook. Maybe I just got lucky with my previous wins?

its really easy to doubt your game man. bad runs in razz can be realllly frustrating.
upon moving down in stakes i found myself to be alot less patient overall, and less apt to save bets on the appropriate streets even when i KNEW i was significantly behind. stay focused, and if you find yourself unable to play your a game regardless of the stakes then you should take some time off!
also really easy to force action when youre down, so be aware of that! hang in there. youll be okay!

Thanks for the words of encouragement ghost. I've done better the last few days. I've worked on not trying to force marginal hands which has helped a lot.
