Found a good basic razz tournament strategy article. I will add this link to the strategy and tips section.
Razz is one of the simplest forms of poker around, and to play and enjoy it in a tournament setting all you need is a little patience. In the early and middle stages of a razz tournament, you play tight, straightforward poker. This means your starting standards should be strict – with all three starting cards valued 8 or lower before you even enter a pot, and usually something better than that to call a completion.

For my birthday I decided to treat myself to try out playing online poker. I deposited $100 at Full Tilt Poker and have been playing razz only for four months. I did ok at the cash tables but I just don't have the patience to be really successful there.
Luckily I discovered the 1v1 razz poker sit and gos and have been playing them almost exclusively. As soon as I had won $100 I withdrew my original deposit so that I would only be playing with my winnings. If I lose my winnings then it is back to World of Warcraft for me :)
However World of Warcraft will just have to wait as I have taken that $100 winning and grown my Full Tilt Poker razz bankroll to $921.30!!! Once I hit the $900 mark I figured it would be a good idea to start logging all the games I play. One thing I noticed is that some players seem to show up regularly and I think I am getting beaten by them but am not sure.
From now on I'll be logging games as I play them and recording who my opponents and and what the outcomes are.
Wish me luck and see you at the poker table!!!
